WEATHER [RWOP 1010]
Ceiling/Visibility: 1000/3  or  700/2 (with CO's approval)
Winds:
 1. Max sustained winds   15 kts gusting to 20 kts
 2. Max tailwind for takeoff/landing  5 kts
Density Altitude:
1. No precision approaches or practice autorotations with DA exceeding 2300 and winds less than 5 kts [RWOP 7001.J]
2. No precision approaches or practice autos when precipitation is on windscreen [RWOP 7001.L]
Students shall not operate prior to sunrise of after sunset [RWOP 7004]

Full Autorotations
180 Autorotations
Simulated Engine Failures
Simulated Emergencies
Simulated Tail Rotor Malfunctions

Max crew day is ten hours [RWOP 1003]
Minimum crew rest between check ride and solo is one hour [HT-8 SOP]
Include “Solo” with callsign [RWOP 3003]
Solo will land abeam a normal landing spot when linemen secure (for lightning) [RWOP 3013]
Hot seats to all FAM solos from instructors will take place on the flight line only [RWOP 3016]
Only instructors/IUT’s may assist FAM solo students changing seats [RWOP 3016]
FAM solos will not be issued BUNO 161 series [RWOP 7004]
FAM solos shall not accept aircraft with any engine chips in the past 50 hours [RWOP 7004]
Solo aircraft shall not taxi through the fuel pits [HT-8 SOP]
 

SPENCER -
FAM solos may depart to the north only if deteriorating weather precludes a departure from the southeast corner [RWOP 4002.E]
