This is the new mystery gouge. This is supposed to be the hottest, newest gouge for primary. This gouge has several elements in full color, with illustrations. We don't know exactly where this gouge came from, but the rumor is that it was created for instructors... Of course NavyGouge can not guarantee the validity of this gouge. This gouge is organized as a Power Point Presentation.  You need Microsoft Power Point to view this gouge on your computer.   If you don't have Power Point you can still download this gouge as a file, take it to Office Depot and have them print it out for you in color.  I believe they charge about $9.00 to print the whole thing.  This has not been reviewed, but it is supposed to be some really good info.
